Chose This Site

Our Site is strategically located between IH-35 and SH-130 toll road on FM 1460 at its intersection with Westinghouse Road. It enjoys over 400 feet of frontage on and excellent visibility from FM 1460.

Easy access is provided via a median break with a deceleration lane along FM 1460. Cross access agreements with adjacent parcels provide access to the lighted intersection at Westinghouse Road.

The site is surrounded by existing and proposed housing development, most notably the 4,200 home Teravista golf course community and 1,200 lot Vizcaya development, as well as multiple new subdivisions that are under construction and planned in the immediate vicinity. Homes within those subdivisions range in price predominately from $400,000 to $800,000.

Retail shopping, Medical Centers, Education and Dining are all nearby.
